SYED JAMALUDDIN WELCOMES ALTAF HUSSAIN'S PUBLIC ADDRESS AND DEMANDS MAKING OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR

Syed Jamaluddin has welcomed public address of Altaf Hussain (Sunday 12th May 2013) in which Altaf Hussain had condemned the role of Pakistan's military establishment and certain media houses apart from certain political parties which do not like popularity of MQM in the urban areas of Sindh. Syed Jamaluddin stated that he (Syed Jamaluddin) has been advocating disintegration of Pakistan since 2001 and has been requesting Altaf Hussain ever since not to trust the military establishment as well as leaders of those political parties which were born under the umbrella of such military establishment belonging to Punjab including Sindhi political leadership and Pakhtoon settlers in Karachi. Syed Jamaluddin said that time has come for the liberation of Urdu speaking nation and making of an independent state called REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR. It is now time for MQM to realize the need for such an independent state for Urdu speaking nation and there should not be any further delay in this endeavour to be implemented with all zeal and enthusiasm. Syed Jamaluddin hoped that millions of Urdu speaking people will certainly stand on any call from Altaf Hussain for a separate state. There is no alternative but to ensure the freedom of Urdu speaking nation from the prison called Pakistan which is governed by Punjab's military dictatorship behind the curtain through Punjabi and Sindhi political bandits. Syed Jamaluddin urged Altaf Hussain to declare FREEDOM STRUGGLE with immediate effect and issue orders to all Urdu speaking youth to be prepared for a CIVIL WAR in urban centres of Sindh province in order to gain victory over the Punjabi-sponsored Sindhi nationalist political parties as well as certain local elements which are being nourished by INTER-SERVICES INTELLIGENCE (ISI) through a new puppet political party called PAKISTAN JUSTICE PARTY (PTI) under the socalled leadership of a PLAYBOY called IMRAN KHAN. Syed Jamaluddin recalled that Altaf Hussain had made a biggest mistake by attempting to enter into broader political spectrum of Pakistan without realizing that none of the other provinces would recognize or accept URDU SPEAKING NATION as patriotic Pakistanis. The evidence of such an attitude is visible from the mindset of such political forces belonging to Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa and Balochistan. Syed Jamaluddin requested Altaf Hussain NOT TO WASTE A SINGLE MINUTE in deciding for an independent country for Urdu speaking nation and urged that all Urdu speaking youth must come out of their homes and demonstrate their willingness for an independent state called REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR. The flags of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR must be spread all over Karachi and other cities of Sindh province. Syed Jamaluddin hoped that Punjab´s military establishment would not confront the ever-rising energy of Urdu speaking nation and would never think or attempt to resist the FREEDOME MOVEMENT of Urdu speaking nation. Syed Jamaluddin cautioned Punjab´s military establishment that in the event of any potential OPERATION CLEAN-UP type of terrorism as committed by Pak Army back in 1992, Urdu speaking nation would abandon Punjab Army and cut them into pieces. Syed Jamaluddin asked the current CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF General Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani to withdraw all military and para-military forces including Rangers from Karachi and Hyderabad as soon as possible thereby paving way for the Urdu speaking nation to declare their independence. Syed Jamaluddin hoped that NATO FORCES would come to secure people of Karachi and other urban centres of Sindh in the event of any potential terrorism by Pakistani Army. Syed Jamaluddin has also requested INTERNATIONAL COMITY OF NATIONS and member countries of NATO to immediately intervene and ensure that any attempt to commit genocide of Urdu speaking nation under the dictatorship of Punjab´s military establishment is foiled. The UN Secretary General must send a FACT FINDING DELEGATION to Karachi in order to determine the need for a PLEBISCITE in the urban centres of Sindh province to find out if Urdu speaking nation wants to live under the umbrella of a terrorist / failed state called Pakistan or wants INDEPENDENCE.

INDIA MUST ACT FAST TO HELP URDU-SPEAKING NATION LIVING IN PAKISTAN IN MAKING OF "REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR"

Syed Jamaluddin has urged INDIA to act faster than before in helping URDU-SPEAKING NATION living in Karachi and other urban areas of Sindh province of Pakistan in making of an independent state called "REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR" which has now become more INEVITABLE for the reason that Pakistan´s military establishment controlled by PUNJAB is making plans to counter all plans paving way for the formation of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR and abandoning the representative voice of Urdu-speaking nation i.e. MOHAJIR (temporarily MUTAHIDA) QAUMI MOVEMENT headed by ALTAF HUSSAIN. Syed Jamaluddin has cautioned that the PUNJAB´s military establishment wants to corner the Urdu-speaking nation and eliminate MQM from the streets of Karachi through a GUERILLA WAR being imposed on Karachiites through TALIBANIZED factions of Pathan and Punjabi policital parties which are operating under the superivision of INTELLIGENCE BUREAU and INTER-SERVICES INTELLIGENCE. Syed Jamaluddin has appealed to ALTAF HUSSAIN not to ignore the very fact that he (Altaf Hussain) has never been acknowledged as a true Pakistani either by Punjab province or Punjab´s Army. In ISI´s records, ALTAF HUSSAIN IS TREATED AS YET ANOTHER SHAIKH MUJEEBUR REHMAN of Bangladesh. Henceforth, it would be advisable if ALTAF HUSSAIN is able to understand exactly WHATS GOING ON AROUND MOHAJIR NATION in the province of Sindh. Syed Jamaluddin also pointed out that since the day GWADAR PORT construction started, there was provision of PROPER SECURITY and no terrorist attack was recorded at the construction site of GWADAR PORT because heavy contingent of Punjab´s army was deployed to restore security of all Chinese engineers and other workers in that area. Despite the fact that hundreds of Mohajirs were deprived of proper security in Karachi and other urban areas in Sindh province, Gwadar port area remained under strict vigilance by Punjab Army which made it possible that the said GWADAR port be constructed in order to not only prevent making of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR on one hand but to abandon any "potential armed movement" by MOHAJIR NATION for their independence in 2014 or 2015. The Pakistani intelligence reports have confirmed that Balochistan would be liberated in 2015 under the leadership of JOHN KERRY (the new American Secretary of State)and so making of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR may also become possible as a consequence of possible disintegration of Spain in 2015 where Catalonia is looking forward for independence. Karachi is PAKISTAN´S CATALONIA and KOSOVO and therefore in order to combat this possibility, Punjab Army is making innovative plans to control Karachi through aerial attacks including use of CHINESE DRONES which will fly from GWADAR PORT where a specific airbase has been constructed for this purpose. There are more than 100 targets already registered by PAKISTAN´s INTER-SERVICES INTELLIGENCE for such drone attacks. MQM´s Karachi headquarter known as "90" is also one of these potential TARGETS. Syed Jamaluddin has drawn the attention of MQM towards the importance of self-reliance and therefore asked ALTAF HUSSAIN to ensure that Karachi remains under the control of MOHAJIR NATION despite all efforts being made by State of Pakistan to create hurdles and hindrances for MQM to win people´s vote. Syed Jamaluddin has asked ALTAF HUSSAIN to immediately announce liberation movement to make an indepedent state called REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR as also advocated by Syed Jamaluddin in his book titled "FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR". The people of Karachi and other urban areas of Sindh must prepare themselves for the PUNJABI CRUSADE against Mohajirs. ALTAF HUSSAIN MUST ANNOUNCE "EMERGENCY WITHIN MQM" and issue orders to all MQM workers to prepare an EFFECTIVE ACTION PLAN to combat all possible attacks. ALTAF HUSSAIN must also inform all world leaders about potential attacks on people of Karachi in the name of ELIMINATION OF TERRORISM by Pakistan´s Punjabi Army. Syed Jamaluddin has asked INDIAN GOVERNMENT to intervene urgently and ensure that REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR is made within next 24 months. Syed Jamaluddin has cautioned that if MQM shows reluctance in this matter, it would be too late as Karachi will become yet another NORTH WAZIRISTAN of Sindh province. PUNJAB WANTS TO KEEP ITS OWN ECONOMY RUNNING AND ALIVE THROUGH GWADAR PORT because PUNJAB knows that making of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR is INEVITABLE. Syed Jamaluddin has requested all URDU-SPEAKING YOUTH not to waste time in music or social enjoyment but to prepare for a massive sacrifice. Time to enjoy life is OVER for urdu-speaking nation. KARACHI BANEGA JINNAHPUR (KARACHI WILL BECOME JINNAHPUR)

Some months ago, Syed Jamaluddin had predicted that KARACHI WILL BECOME JINNAHPUR. He had further predicted that Karachi would continue to burn until and unless Karachi is liberated and becomes REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR. We can only laugh on PAKISTAN´S SUPREME COURT and its Chief Justice CH. IFTIKHAR MUHAMMAD on sending CONTEMPT OF COURT NOTICE to MQM Chief Altaf Hussain. Indeed Pakistan is going to disintegrate and Supreme Court wants this to happen more faster. Making of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR is not very far and it appears that Ch. Iftikhar would love to see Pakistan divided with an accelerated speed during his own lifetime (rather before his own retirement).

WHO CAN STOP MAKING OF "REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR"

Pakistan´s disintegration seems to be not very far as the country is currently facing most critical situation in terms of its indepedence. Making new provinces are going to pave way for the making of 6 or 7 new states in South Asia as predicted and proposed by SYED JAMALUDDIN back in 2001. Karachi will now become REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR in the nearest future for the reasons as mentioned by Syed Jamaluddin in his book titled "FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR". The whole world is now more focused on new countries which will emerge on world´s map in 2013. Republic of Jinnahpur shall be one of such new countries.

PAKISTAN CAN BE ATTACKED WITHOUT ANY "BOOTS ON GROUND"

Pakistan can be attacked without any "BOOTS ON GROUND". This is a great possibility indeed. A scientific agency of the German parliament considers the development of armed combat robots to be "absolutely essential." Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), or so-called drones, should be given special consideration, not only to carry out reconnaissance of potential targets, but to also "instantly" engage them (Hunter Killer Missions), writes the Office of Technology Assessment at the German Bundestag (TAB). This is necessary, so that the Bundeswehr can participate in "larger conventional combat" within the framework of global "robust military missions," without endangering its own troops. "Military target" is defined very broadly. UAVs could therefore engage their weapons also against "interference" in the combat zone, explains the TAB. The TAB considers armed combat robots as "legal weapon platforms," indicating that soldiers would "not be at risk only to provide the best possible protection to the civilian population." But because the drones are partially under remote control from command posts in the belligerent countries, enemy combatants could take "counter measures" in those countries, warns the TAB. International law does not categorically prohibit "attacks in the hinterland of the opponent party in the conflict."
Unmanned Systems
According to a current study by the Office of Technology Assessment at the German Bundestag (TAB), the so called Unmanned Military Systems (UMS) have had an "impressive career" on the battle fields over the past few years. Particularly in wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the UMS have provided western intervention forces the possibility of carrying out "numerous missions at minimal troop risk." The Bundeswehr is therefore planning to "increase the deployment of unmanned systems," according to the TAB. Thanks to the UMS, the German military not only expects "enhanced reconnaissance and intelligence," as well as "enhanced troop protection," but also increased "effectiveness in combat." And to achieve this, the TAB writes, the "use of unmanned systems as arms carriers" will be "inevitable."[1]
Drone Weapons in Kill Operations
The German Air Force is particularly advanced in its reflections on these questions, the TAB reports. According to the scientific agency, the Air Force considers the "effect on ground targets" to be the "special strong point" of the UAVs or drones: "Sustained missions in the theater of operations, combined with the capacity to commit firepower, open the option of a sustained possibility of engaging the enemy." The "wide area surveillance capability" in the "depths of the theater of operations" must be supplemented with a "rapid armed engagement capability." The Air Force could clearly enhance its capacity profile with the "introduction of armed reconnaissance UAVs, as a first step, with a perspective of fielding UAVs optimized with drone weapons ready for commitment. (...) Combining unrelenting reconnaissance and a permanent engagement capability, will enable the engagement of suddenly - and only momentarily - appearing high priority targets, even in close proximity to our forces." Hence, the TAB is particularly praising the use of drones by US Forces for targeted assassinations. "Beyond their reconnaissance function, the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles have established themselves as weapon platforms in so called 'Hunter Killer Missions'."
Civilian Casualties
The TAB interprets the terms "adversary" and "military target" quite extensively. Since the Bundeswehr's "global missions" are demanding "participation in larger conventional combat missions," the "range of functions" Unmanned Military Systems assume, must be "broadened," explains the agency. They have in mind, not only the "use of weapons against ground targets" but "also against interference." At the same time, the TAB parts from the assumption that particularly drones can be of "great assistance" in "observing the precept of distinction" between belligerents and civilians as required by international law. It is "undeniable that advanced unmanned systems can conduct reconnaissance of the local conditions on the ground with great precision. UAVs can hover over the target for hours and through the continuous surveillance provide a relatively reliable assessment of the situation for the operator in the control station. (...) With laser, the targets can be precisely (...) marked." What is not mentioned is that in the Afghan-Pakistan border region US military drone attacks have regularly led to a large number of civilian casualties.
Legitimate Targets
The TAB basically considers combat drones "legal weapon platforms" in line with international humanitarian law. In this context they make reference to the stipulation that the armed forces need "not take risks, only to provide the civilian population with the highest degree of protection." Inversely, the scientific agency writes that the personnel charged with steering combat drones from ground stations, have "combat status." The "operator" is "a legitimate target of attack in the international legal context." According to TAB, this remains true in spite of the fact that combat drones' command posts are often "located far away" in the homeland of the belligerent. "Attacks on the homeland of the opposing party to the conflict (are) in principle, not prohibited," which is why TAB recommends that those "running the ground station" should avoid locating these "within or in the proximity of highly populated areas."

According to Syed Jamaluddin, both Altaf Hussain and Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad have decided to put the Urdu Speaking Nation under political lien against short-term monetary benefits. Syed Jamaluddin is of the opinion that Altaf Hussain is under pressure from the intelligence agencies to remain committed to the agreement which was made between MQM and the then military establishment during Musharraf regime. In accordance with the said agreement, Altaf Hussain had promised to ensure that Karachi would always remain peaceful regardless of what may happen in this city. After 2008´s national elections which brought PPP in power, there were problems between PPP and MQM on many occasions and most recently there was a situation which could have derailed the entire democratic setup. At this juncture, ISI intervened through Pervez Musharraf (London) and pressurized Altaf Hussain to follow the agreed terms. Hence, Altaf Hussain decided to follow the "INSTRUCTIONS" received by him from the bosses of ISI. Similarly, ISI also used its influence to convince PPP government to defer the Commissionerate system in Karachi and Hyderabad for the time being in order to restore socalled "PEACE AND HARMONY" in the urban centres of Sindh province. This means that both Sindhi political establishment and Altaf Hussain + Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad decided to reconcile in order to pave way for socalled mutual harmony. Restoration of Local Government system is just an excuse to send back the Urdu Speaking nation back to "Sindhi political siege". And this time, this has been intentionally conspired by both ALTAF HUSSAIN AND DR. ISHRAT-UL-EBAD.

Syed Jamaluddin has criticised this socalled "RECONCILIATION" as nothing but an open HYPOCRISY committed by both the Sindhi political establishment and Altaf+Ishrat-ul-Ebad under the banner of MQM. According to Syed Jamaluddin, Urdu Speaking nation will now have to wait possibly for many more years in order to get their right of independence which was looking apparent if a new province for Urdu Speaking nation was on the cards. If a new province for Urdu Speaking nation is fomed, this will surely pave way for an independent country to house all Urdu Speaking people living in various parts of Pakistan including Sindh. He has said that whatever Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza had said was PPP´s main policy which was later corrected through a "DAMAGE CONTROL" mechanism orchestrated by Dr. Baber Awan and not Rehman Malik. Sindhi political establishment still considers Urdu Speaking nation as "OUTSIDERS", "STRANGERS", "BEGGARS" and "ALIENS" on (as they think) the Sindhi soil. This mentality will never be abolished or eroded from the minds of Sindhi political establishment. Even if Altaf Hussain wears Sindhi cap for next 100 years or marries 100 Sindhi women, this mentality of the common Sindhi person will NEVER BE CHANGED against the Urdu Speaking Nation.

Syed Jamaluddin has urged MQM in strongest terms to stop exploiting the political strength given to them by Urdu Speaking nation by simply making independent decisions in the air-conditioned rooms of THE PRESIDENCY or THE GOVERNOR HOUSE. Syed Jamaluddin has asked: "Where are HAIDER ABBAS RIZVI, DR. FAROOQ SATTAR and MUSTAFA KAMAL who live in Karachi and know the ground realities".

Syed Jamaluddin has personally appealed to HAIDER ABBAS RIZVI, DR. FAROOQ SATTAR and MUSTAFA KAMAL to kindly protect the rights of Urdu Speaking nation and disallow any attempts being made by ALTAF HUSSAIN+DR. ISHRAT-UL-EBAD to collateralize Urdu Speaking nation against their personal benefits. Both Altaf Hussain and Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad have become "SPECIAL ACCOMPLICES" of Asif Ali Zardari and have jointly assured Asif Ali Zardari that MQM would back out from the demand for a new province for Urdu Speaking nation. This is nothing but a great deception and betrayal being committed by Altaf Hussain and Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad.

Syed Jamaluddin has also appealed to all Urdu Speaking youth of Karachi and Hyderabad to get up against the conspiracy hatched by Altaf Hussain and Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad in joint collaboration with the MOST CORRUPT PERSON IN THE WORLD called ASIF ALI ZARDARI. Syed Jamaluddin has asked the Urdu Speaking youth to come on streets and begin their protest against any "CONFIDENTIAL GIVE-AND-TAKE" between Altaf Hussain and Asif Ali Zardari.
