PAKISTAN CAN BE ATTACKED WITHOUT ANY "BOOTS ON GROUND"

Pakistan can be attacked without any "BOOTS ON GROUND". This is a great possibility indeed. A scientific agency of the German parliament considers the development of armed combat robots to be "absolutely essential." Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), or so-called drones, should be given special consideration, not only to carry out reconnaissance of potential targets, but to also "instantly" engage them (Hunter Killer Missions), writes the Office of Technology Assessment at the German Bundestag (TAB). This is necessary, so that the Bundeswehr can participate in "larger conventional combat" within the framework of global "robust military missions," without endangering its own troops. "Military target" is defined very broadly. UAVs could therefore engage their weapons also against "interference" in the combat zone, explains the TAB. The TAB considers armed combat robots as "legal weapon platforms," indicating that soldiers would "not be at risk only to provide the best possible protection to the civilian population." But because the drones are partially under remote control from command posts in the belligerent countries, enemy combatants could take "counter measures" in those countries, warns the TAB. International law does not categorically prohibit "attacks in the hinterland of the opponent party in the conflict."
Unmanned Systems
According to a current study by the Office of Technology Assessment at the German Bundestag (TAB), the so called Unmanned Military Systems (UMS) have had an "impressive career" on the battle fields over the past few years. Particularly in wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the UMS have provided western intervention forces the possibility of carrying out "numerous missions at minimal troop risk." The Bundeswehr is therefore planning to "increase the deployment of unmanned systems," according to the TAB. Thanks to the UMS, the German military not only expects "enhanced reconnaissance and intelligence," as well as "enhanced troop protection," but also increased "effectiveness in combat." And to achieve this, the TAB writes, the "use of unmanned systems as arms carriers" will be "inevitable."[1]
Drone Weapons in Kill Operations
The German Air Force is particularly advanced in its reflections on these questions, the TAB reports. According to the scientific agency, the Air Force considers the "effect on ground targets" to be the "special strong point" of the UAVs or drones: "Sustained missions in the theater of operations, combined with the capacity to commit firepower, open the option of a sustained possibility of engaging the enemy." The "wide area surveillance capability" in the "depths of the theater of operations" must be supplemented with a "rapid armed engagement capability." The Air Force could clearly enhance its capacity profile with the "introduction of armed reconnaissance UAVs, as a first step, with a perspective of fielding UAVs optimized with drone weapons ready for commitment. (...) Combining unrelenting reconnaissance and a permanent engagement capability, will enable the engagement of suddenly - and only momentarily - appearing high priority targets, even in close proximity to our forces." Hence, the TAB is particularly praising the use of drones by US Forces for targeted assassinations. "Beyond their reconnaissance function, the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles have established themselves as weapon platforms in so called 'Hunter Killer Missions'."
Civilian Casualties
The TAB interprets the terms "adversary" and "military target" quite extensively. Since the Bundeswehr's "global missions" are demanding "participation in larger conventional combat missions," the "range of functions" Unmanned Military Systems assume, must be "broadened," explains the agency. They have in mind, not only the "use of weapons against ground targets" but "also against interference." At the same time, the TAB parts from the assumption that particularly drones can be of "great assistance" in "observing the precept of distinction" between belligerents and civilians as required by international law. It is "undeniable that advanced unmanned systems can conduct reconnaissance of the local conditions on the ground with great precision. UAVs can hover over the target for hours and through the continuous surveillance provide a relatively reliable assessment of the situation for the operator in the control station. (...) With laser, the targets can be precisely (...) marked." What is not mentioned is that in the Afghan-Pakistan border region US military drone attacks have regularly led to a large number of civilian casualties.
Legitimate Targets
The TAB basically considers combat drones "legal weapon platforms" in line with international humanitarian law. In this context they make reference to the stipulation that the armed forces need "not take risks, only to provide the civilian population with the highest degree of protection." Inversely, the scientific agency writes that the personnel charged with steering combat drones from ground stations, have "combat status." The "operator" is "a legitimate target of attack in the international legal context." According to TAB, this remains true in spite of the fact that combat drones' command posts are often "located far away" in the homeland of the belligerent. "Attacks on the homeland of the opposing party to the conflict (are) in principle, not prohibited," which is why TAB recommends that those "running the ground station" should avoid locating these "within or in the proximity of highly populated areas."

Syed Jamaluddin, writer of "DIVIDE PAKISTAN TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM" and "FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR" has declared that both Altaf Hussain and Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad are playing in the hands of Sindhi political establishment headed by the WORLD´S MOST CORRUPT MAN CALLED ASIF ALI ZARDARI. According to Syed Jamaluddin, both Altaf Hussain and Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad have decided to put the Urdu Speaking Nation under political lien against short-term monetary benefits. Syed Jamaluddin is of the opinion that Altaf Hussain is under pressure from the intelligence agencies to remain committed to the agreement which was made between MQM and the then military establishment during Musharraf regime. In accordance with the said agreement, Altaf Hussain had promised to ensure that Karachi would always remain peaceful regardless of what may happen in this city. After 2008´s national elections which brought PPP in power, there were problems between PPP and MQM on many occasions and most recently there was a situation which could have derailed the entire democratic setup. At this juncture, ISI intervened through Pervez Musharraf (London) and pressurized Altaf Hussain to follow the agreed terms. Hence, Altaf Hussain decided to follow the "INSTRUCTIONS" received by him from the bosses of ISI. Similarly, ISI also used its influence to convince PPP government to defer the Commissionerate system in Karachi and Hyderabad for the time being in order to restore socalled "PEACE AND HARMONY" in the urban centres of Sindh province. This means that both Sindhi political establishment and Altaf Hussain + Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad decided to reconcile in order to pave way for socalled mutual harmony. Restoration of Local Government system is just an excuse to send back the Urdu Speaking nation back to "Sindhi political siege". And this time, this has been intentionally conspired by both ALTAF HUSSAIN AND DR. ISHRAT-UL-EBAD.

Syed Jamaluddin has criticised this socalled "RECONCILIATION" as nothing but an open HYPOCRISY committed by both the Sindhi political establishment and Altaf+Ishrat-ul-Ebad under the banner of MQM. According to Syed Jamaluddin, Urdu Speaking nation will now have to wait possibly for many more years in order to get their right of independence which was looking apparent if a new province for Urdu Speaking nation was on the cards. If a new province for Urdu Speaking nation is fomed, this will surely pave way for an independent country to house all Urdu Speaking people living in various parts of Pakistan including Sindh. He has said that whatever Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza had said was PPP´s main policy which was later corrected through a "DAMAGE CONTROL" mechanism orchestrated by Dr. Baber Awan and not Rehman Malik. Sindhi political establishment still considers Urdu Speaking nation as "OUTSIDERS", "STRANGERS", "BEGGARS" and "ALIENS" on (as they think) the Sindhi soil. This mentality will never be abolished or eroded from the minds of Sindhi political establishment. Even if Altaf Hussain wears Sindhi cap for next 100 years or marries 100 Sindhi women, this mentality of the common Sindhi person will NEVER BE CHANGED against the Urdu Speaking Nation.

Syed Jamaluddin has urged MQM in strongest terms to stop exploiting the political strength given to them by Urdu Speaking nation by simply making independent decisions in the air-conditioned rooms of THE PRESIDENCY or THE GOVERNOR HOUSE. Syed Jamaluddin has asked: "Where are HAIDER ABBAS RIZVI, DR. FAROOQ SATTAR and MUSTAFA KAMAL who live in Karachi and know the ground realities".

Syed Jamaluddin has personally appealed to HAIDER ABBAS RIZVI, DR. FAROOQ SATTAR and MUSTAFA KAMAL to kindly protect the rights of Urdu Speaking nation and disallow any attempts being made by ALTAF HUSSAIN+DR. ISHRAT-UL-EBAD to collateralize Urdu Speaking nation against their personal benefits. Both Altaf Hussain and Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad have become "SPECIAL ACCOMPLICES" of Asif Ali Zardari and have jointly assured Asif Ali Zardari that MQM would back out from the demand for a new province for Urdu Speaking nation. This is nothing but a great deception and betrayal being committed by Altaf Hussain and Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad.

Syed Jamaluddin has also appealed to all Urdu Speaking youth of Karachi and Hyderabad to get up against the conspiracy hatched by Altaf Hussain and Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad in joint collaboration with the MOST CORRUPT PERSON IN THE WORLD called ASIF ALI ZARDARI. Syed Jamaluddin has asked the Urdu Speaking youth to come on streets and begin their protest against any "CONFIDENTIAL GIVE-AND-TAKE" between Altaf Hussain and Asif Ali Zardari. The Urdu Speaking youth MUST COME ON THE STREETS OF KARACHI AND HYDERABAD TO DEMAND A NEW PROVINCE FOR URDU SPEAKING NATION and nothing less than that. Syed Jamaluddin, author of "DIVIDE PAKISTAN TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM" and "FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR" has condemned innocent killings in Karachi and has predicted that Karachi will continue to experience such horrifying street killings-cum-guerilla war until and unless MQM decides to return to its main manifesto of formation of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR. Syed Jamaluddin has been advocating making of an independent state for Urdu Speaking Nation living in urban centres of Sindh province particularly Karachi which is the most populous city and also a commercial capital of Pakistan. Despite the fact that Altaf Hussain rejected many times any involvement of MQM in the possible disintegration of Pakistan by making of any country called JINNAHPUR, Syed Jamaluddin has expressed his hope that Altaf Hussain would not allow blood of Urdu Speaking Nation to go down the drain. He asked Altaf Hussain as to how long (Altaf Hussain) would wait and not give call for independence and formation of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR?

Syed Jamaluddin has urged all workers of MQM to get up and come on streets to demand independence. According to him, it would be worse scenario if Altaf Hussain decides to shake hands with Muslim League (N) just for gaining power which will never be granted to MQM except that MQM would be "used" to compensate certain shortfalls on the part of Muslim League (N). Syed Jamaluddin recalled how Nawaz Sharif was responsible for killing of 15000 Urdu Speaking youth in Karachi and Hyderabad in massive OPERATION CLEAN-UP back in early 90s. Syed Jamaluddin has prayed that ALLAH may give some wisdom to Altaf Hussain.

ALTAF HUSSAIN IS USING URDU SPEAKING NATION FOR HIS OWN BENEFIT

Syed Jamaluddin, writer of "FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR" has condemned the attitude of Altaf Hussian, founder of MQM by saying that he (Altaf Hussain) has become a tool in the hands of certain faction of Pakistan´s military establishment. Syed Jamaluddin has criticised Altaf Hussain of exploiting the vote bank of Urdu speaking people living in urban centres of Sindh by doing traditional politics like Punjabis and Sindhis i.e. power politics. Syed Jamaluddin said that Altaf Hussain was never a man to love power in the past but now he (Altaf Hussain) is a Great Lover of power whether it may come by becoming a tout of Punjabi military. Syed Jamaluddin claimed that Altaf Hussain had accepted a huge amount as DOWRY from his political spouse called PERVEZ MUSHARRAF and agreed to pledge the honor of urdu speaking nation by becoming a political spouse of Punjabi establishment. This political marriage of MQM and Punjabi Military Establishment will not last long and one day, a DOVORCE must be filed by either of them. Syed Jamaluddin asked some questions:

1. Why is it that MQM has acted like a political prostitute in the recent past by changing its positions every now and then?

2. Why Altaf Hussain has become a KHALIFA or a MEHDI of this century firstly by forgiving the Punjabi military establishment which had slaughtered 15000 urdu speaking youth during the OEPRATION CLEAN-UP back in the early 1990s and secondly by forgiving the "paid spies and touts" of Punjabi military (MQM-HAQIQI) who played a crucial role in murder of these innocent 15000 urdu speaking youth during the said OPERATION CLEAN-UP?

3. Is Altaf Hussain not acting like a DON? Does he (Altaf Hussain) not think that he (Altaf Hussain) is the only supreme decision maker inside MQM and the socalled RABTA COMMITTEE is not more than a joke?

4. If Altaf Hussain has nothing to hide from his people in Karachi, why he (Altaf Hussain) does not give his own PLAN OF RETURN TO PAKISTAN to people of Karachi?

5. If Altaf Hussain is so desperate about the "existence and security of Pakistan", why he (Altaf Hussain) wishes to live thousands miles away from his "homeland"?

6. How long will Altaf Hussain take to confess that he (Altaf Hussain) would NEVER return to Pakistan but only to REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR?

Syed Jamaluddin has further elaborated that Altaf Hussain is fully convinced of his (Syed Jamaluddin´s) arguments in support of making REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR but he (Altaf Hussain) does not want to reflect his inner feeling about this issue as long as Pakistan does not reach to the climax of its own disintegration. Syed Jamaluddin claimed that Altaf Hussain is also as convinced as he (Syed Jamaluddin) is that Pakistan will soon disintegrate. However, Altaf Hussain is following the footsteps of ABU SUFYAN i.e. to accept the fact when it reaches to the door finally.

WHY MQM HAS BACKED OUT FROM DEMAND OF "JINNAHPUR"?

The question as to why MQM backed out from its founding campaign of making of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR has been discussed by Syed Jamaluddin in the following article. Syed Jamaluddin has written two books viz "DIVIDE PAKISTAN TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM" and "FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR".

Formation of Jinnahpur has following disadvantages on the part of MQM (under the leadership of Altaf Hussain):


1. MQM will have to giveup its street power

If Jinnahpur is formed, the country will have its own laws and regulations to protect its citizens from any street crimes and crimes like extortion, kidnappings, blackmailing, killing, physical assault, torture and similar. Moreover, international human rights organizations will open their offices in Jinnahpur and continue to keep an eye on the human rights situation in the new country which will prevent MQM from a independent sabotage of human rights within the streets of Karachi which they can do now with freedom.

2. MQM will have to sacrifice its vote bank

If Jinnahpur is formed, indeed more political forces within Urdu speaking nation will emerge with different slogans such as social development, justice, economic empowerment, human resource development and alike. Even certain religious segments within the Urdu speaking nation will also have equal opportunity to come forward to join the political scenario in the new country. In such a situation, MQM (Altaf faction) will definitely have to sacrifice its vote bank unlike current situation in Karachi where MQM is taking undue advantage of being a sole representative political force of Urdu speaking nation. If Jinnahpur is formed, the present MQM (Altaf faction) will be isolated within the walls of infamous "NINE-ZERO" and possibly Altaf Hussain may not have the same Charismatic character which is currently portrayed through his kitchen cabinet within MQM. There will be a great possibility that MQM will become a petty MQM (ALTAF GROUP) which Mr. Altaf Hussain does not want at all. If this happens, this would be a great disaster for Mr. Altaf Hussain.

3. MQM´s ability to blackmail will disappear

If Pakistan remains united and Sindh province eventually remains in existence, this has great advantages for MQM because MQM will always be in a position to blackmail any political party which may come into power either at federal level or provincial level. This means that in current situation, MQM is in a WIN-WIN SITUATION by virtue of which MQM enjoys its comfortable position to blackmail any such political party which may win national or provincial elections. If Jinnahpur is formed, MQM will indeed lose this opportunity of political blackmailing and will never be in the driving seat as it is now. Mr. Altaf Hussain being a self-loving person will never tolerate such a situation and therefore his choice of backing out from the founding campaign of Jinnahpur (disintegration of Pakistan) seems very much visible to those eyes who understand the dynamics of Pakistan´s politics.

4. MQM will face financial setback

If Jinnahpur is formed, the new country will have its own financial planning division and respective ministries related to finance and commerce including ports and shipping apart from tourism and defence. In such a situation, MQM (ALTAF GROUP) will never be able to commit financial embezzlement of public funds. On the contrary, more transparency will evolve in the new country which will hamper MQM´s current monopoly of hijacking Karachi Stock Exchange. Right now, Karachi Stock Exchange members have to pay (directly or indirectly) ransom to MQM to protect lives of themselves and their loved ones. If these Karachi Stock Exchange members stop paying ransom to MQM, you will hear news about "target killing" of Karachi Stock Exchange members and members of their families. Hence, if Jinnahpur is formed, Karachi Stock Exchange will become JINNAHPUR STOCK EXCHANGE. In such a situation, MQM will not be in a comfortable position to promote their current "RESOURCE MOBILIZATION" campaign which is being carried out consistently under the nose of present PPP Sindh government. Interior Minister Zulfiqar Mirza did attempt to highlight this matter recently but was silenced by the honorable President Asif Zardari for obvious reason i.e. to save PPP government from falling. So, if Jinnahpur is formed, MQM will face huge financial crisis and Mr. Altaf Hussain will not be able to pay even his phone bills in London which are currently paid from the ransom money being collected by his "workers" in Karachi.

5. MQM will have to face international attention

If Jinnahpur is formed, MQM will be exposed to international media and particularly UNITED NATIONS. Today, militant groups like HAMAS, AL-FATAH, HEZBOLLAH, ALQAEDA, TALIBAN are known to the entire international media and the United Nations. If Jinnahpur is formed, MQM´s militant image will be exposed to the whole world. Right now, MQM is disowning its possession of illegal arms (in millions) by hiding itself behind the DEWEAPONIZATION BILL tabled in Pakistan´s National Assembly. If Jinnahpur is formed, MQM will face attention of all international watchdog agencies which normally keep an eye on all illegal militancy in different parts of the world. MQM is not fully prepared to face such a situation and will have to surrender its arsenal of arms which will pave way to weaken MQM (Altaf Group) to a greater extent which has gained enormous power in recent years. Mr. Altaf Hussain would never wish to become a common citizen dependent on local police. Therefore, Altaf Hussain decided to back out from the founding campaign of making of Jinnahpur.
